We work with our clients hand-in-hand in design phase and for technical support to help them turn hot trends in to customized sellable products, at the right price and quality and at the right time. Our design experts consider all bulk feasibilities and bring in all call out during this product development stage itself which makes transaction smooth in any order executions.
Vendor Selection & Management:
We match clients' requirements by carefully selecting vendors from our vendor base to obtain favorable COO, terms of Delivery & Price.Tex Source USA and our vendors believe in fair quotes and work hard to achieve best results

We ensure that our vendors comply fully with all local and international laws, Standards and regulations. we have our own rigorous on going audits done frequently to ensure that our factories always remain compliant with social, labor and environment laws and our collaborative approach ensures that the factories constantly improve on their social and environmental standards.
Merchandising & Product Management:
Merchandising is the heart of this Business. We have dedicated teams per client to run the business. This team would work directly with clients from the product development stage through shipments. This aggressive team handles and ensures every approval before bulk start. Our experienced Production management staff are stationed in factories to closely monitor the production process on the ground to provide first hand work-in-progress report and update our Clients. Our merchandisers are highly trained and experienced. Most importantly they have an eye for detail and a passion for the product. They are the point of contact for our customers so that our customers' requirements are clearly understood and passed on the various production facilities. They travel extensively to the production centres and to visit customers. With backgrounds in production, they are aware of the capabilities and limitations of the production centres and therefore are able to find the perfect production facility for a product. They are able to optimise costs and offer cost alternatives so that all the stakeholders meet their required margins. They also are able to orchestrate the supply chain to ensure timely receipt of raw material and therefore subsequently our customers receive their merchandise on time.
Technical Support :
Our technical team is well experienced and knowledgable enough to train, support factories on clients' requirements. Every product goes into detailed analyses by our technical team at the product development stage itself. This helps to ease the production process & helps factory to improve their efficiency.
Quality Assurance :
Tex Source USA takes full responsibility on quality of product sourced through us. Every stage of Production processes are monitored thoroughly by our team in a systematic way adhering to norms and clients requirements.Logistics Support:
Our team will assist in a seamless transfer of merchandise from the factories to the clients warehouse and will ensure that all documented requirements to import the merchandise are complied with and our clients are kept informed about the movement of goods right till the time it reaches their warehouse.
